What's included

•     The sole use of the two beautiful houses and surrounding estate to hold your wedding, and a pre and post wedding event for all your guests.
•     The use of a large Party and Ceremony barn with catering and toilet facilities should you wish to use them.
•     Me as your wedding planner to help you source all your wedding vendors.
•     The use of the chateau's event furniture for up to 80 people (only for use on your wedding day).
•     Bed linen, bathroom towels and a swimming pool towel per person per week.
•     Z beds and bedding for young children sharing with their parents.
•     Travel cots.
•     Coded entry gates for total privacy and security.
•     If hiring the whole estate, there is no noise cut off time.
•     All utility bills.
•     Exit Clean.
•     Rubbish and recycling removal.
•     The use of 13+ mountain bikes and helmets.
•     Lawn games /Table Tennis Tables/B-B-Q's.

Things you must note:

•    You will be required to leave a damages security deposit of 2,000 euro, upon your arrival, either via cheque or cash, this will be returned to you pending a final inspection and no major damage or breakages, upon your departure.
•     And as it is the law in France, each guest staying on the Estate must pay a local tourist tax - this has nothing to do with the Estate - this tax is 1.20 euro per person, per day which amounts to 8.40 euro per person, per week.  This will need to be paid in cash to the house keeper upon your arrival.
